The genesis of Toronto Business Casual lay in an exceedingly relatable scenario - a small group of young professionals reflecting on where they've been, and anticipating the road ahead.

Some members of the group had just recently returned to the city following an extended period of travel or school studies. Most had found their college or university contacts had dissolved upon graduation, as friends and colleagues had relocated to pursue new job opportunities and career endeavors.

A brief look at Toronto’s social scene made it very apparent that most clubs in the city were either prohibitively expensive, attracted an incompatible group of strangers with no commonality, or geared to females or males exclusively.

Enter Toronto Business Casual. We offer the solution to our select clientele who wish to establish new relationships and contacts outside of the workplace realm.  When it’s time to socialize, our

members wish to meet kindreds in a relaxed yet stimulating social environment.

We provide an atmosphere of inclusivity for all young professionals in the Greater Toronto Area. Our focus is to provide unique opportunities to foster relationship building among busy careerists who crave work-life balance and a sense of community.
