In our tireless effort to expand your knowledge of and appreciation for international cuisines, we will now direct the Toronto Business Casual virtual jet to yet another exotic destination: Morocco!
Long considered to offer one of the most exciting cuisines in the world, Moroccan food is an intoxicating blend of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and African cuisines. Expect your senses to be teased by such exotic spices as cardamon and saffron. Your taste buds will be aflame with luxurious chicken, vegetable, beef, or salmon, expertly paired with basmati rice or root vegetables and washed down with mint spiked tea. Folk, trance, and Muslim music will set the ambiance as you dine.
Join us as we celebrate this mysterious and exotic culture. Our partner The Sultan’s Tent has organized a Moroccan immersion to challenge your senses and please your palette.
